Executive Chef of Piquant Catering , Carl Nicholls, has designed a comprehensive selection of seasonal menus for our guests to choose from. All Menus have been specifically designed by to suit all styles of dining from casual cocktail cuisine to formal fine dining.

We also have the flexibility to create a custom design menu if you have special dietary requirements or have a themed event. Tell us what you would like and we'll do our very besy to accommadate your request.

Beverage Selection on board MV State of the Art Sydney

If you have beverage preferences you can be charged on a consumption basis or packages can be tailored to your
requirements. We have a large choice of fine wines, champagne, spirits & liqueurs with a wine list available on request. Additionally we can source any wine you desire. Or select from one of our standard packages.

Please Note: State of the Art is a fully licensed vessel with staff trained in the responsible service of alcohol. It is our policy not to allow BYO beverage. However in special circumstances and on a case by case basis we may consider it. A surcharge will apply.

'MV State of the Art' is a 65ft motor launch that has been designed specifically for luxury corporate hospitality. She boasts an espresso machine, polished timber floorboards, designer furniture, a commercial galley, a giant flat-screen television, fibre-optic light panels, audio-visual system and plug-ins for PowerPoint presentations.

Renowned catering and a thoroughly professional crew will make your harbour experience unforgettable.
